Obama Not Offended scolding Clint Eastwood

In the Republican Convention last week, U.S. President Barack Obama reaped insults and criticism from the party's politicians. One of the most gets the attention of the American public is shown monologue legendary actor and director Clint Eastwood.

Standing behind a podium, Eastwood talking to an empty chair next to him. The chair was likened to President Obama. Eastwood mocks Obama and his policies. Eastwood said, Obama failed to fulfill his campaign promises.

Obama responded with a casual scorn. In an interview with USA Today on the presidential plane Air Force One, Sunday (02/09/2012), Obama insisted he was not offended by the remark Eastwood.

"One thing about being president or running for president (is) - if easily offended, maybe you should choose another profession," said Obama.

Criticism Eastwood does not make Obama stop idolizing actors who in his youth was nicknamed "Dirty Harry" for his role in the film of the same.

"I'm still a big fan of Clint Eastwood. He a great actor, even more powerful as a director. According to me, some very good films his latest work," Obama said, in the course of the campaign in Iowa.

Obama did not intend to "avenge" the act of the 82-year-old actor at the Democratic Convention to be held in Charlotte, North Carolina, starting on Tuesday (04/09/2012).

Nonetheless, the Obama campaign had a reply satire Eastwood with empty seats through his Twitter account, @ BarackObama, by displaying a shot of her sitting in the presidential chair, reading "The seat is taken".
